| This CD was recorded on the 27th of March 1999 at dB studios in Lincoln.
It contains three tracks :-
Nothing comes of nothing, Release and Run away.

Nothing comes of nothing is a light hearted, but "in your face" song basically questioning the meaning of life.

Release starts off slowly, but quickly builds into a very intense, heavy song. The solo is one to particularly note and takes the song to another level.

Run away is a slower number, this song has the widest appeal of the three. However it breaks away slightly from the main
style of the band and so became the third track on the demo.
